SHIPPING


Assembly offers shipping to United States and international customers via UPS and DHL. 

Orders placed online will be fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please note, fulfillment times may be slightly longer during sale and holiday periods.

Please email our support team with special requests or shipping needs.

SHIPAID


As an option at checkout, we offer a shipping guarantee through ShipAid that ensures your package will be either refunded or reshipped should anything unforeseen occur causing a loss or damage. The cost for this optional guaranty is based on the total value of your purchase and the destination. 

We highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure and a shipping method that insures the items purchased. Additional insurance can be purchased with ShipAid at checkout.

Assembly New York is not responsible for uninsured shipments lost, damaged or stolen.

For all lost, stolen, or damaged packages purchased with ShipAid, please refer to our self-service customer portal. 

IN STORE PICKUP


Assembly is happy to offer in-store pick up at our New York location, 170 Ludlow St. Please specify in the notes section at checkout that you would like to pick your order up in-store and we'll be happy to refund shipping costs. You can also email us at shop@assemblynewyork.com to request in-store pick up. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup.

DROPSHIP


As a way to work with our designers globally and increase efficiency, some items may be drop-shipped directly from a designer's studio to your door. There may be variation in packaging from time to time, but all of our same Assembly policies cover every package.

ORDER STATUS


Once fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation of order fulfillment along with tracking details. Please contact us if you do not receive an order update within 2 business days.

Please check your tracking details for updates on your order. Contact our service team with any issues regarding your order. 

UNITED STATES SHIPPING


Orders are shipped from our New York store unless stated otherwise. Transit times are estimates and Assembly is not responsible for any carrier service delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


Assembly offers worldwide shipping via UPS and Fedex. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout by the carrier. Assembly is not responsible for shipping delays on international orders. 

International customers may be responsible for duties and import taxes on their orders. Some orders may also experience transit delays due to customs. In addition, we cannot predict any transit delays on international orders.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED ITEMS


Assembly New York is not responsible for uninsured shipments lost, damaged or stolen. Missing packages will be pursued via the carrier's investigation process. We highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure and a shipping method that insures the items purchased, additional insurance can be purchased at checkout with the ShipAid option.
