Holiday Return Policy:

Assembly is happy to offer our customers an extended return period for the holiday season. Purchases made from November 22 through December 24, 2021 are eligible for return through January 8, 2022. Returns must be initiated by January 8 for eligibility. Gifts are eligible for store credit with valid gift receipt.

Standard Return Policy:

We are glad to refund/exchange any full-price, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receipt of your online purchase. All items returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have any original tags or packaging. After 10 days, all sales are FINAL. No price adjustments. All sales final on sale merchandise, lingerie, books, gift certificates, candles and fragrances.

Please send us an email for a Return Authorization code before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without this code. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Assembly New York is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
