    Assembly is happy to offer in-store pick up at our New York location, 170 ludlow St. Please specify in the notes section at checkout that you would like to pick your order up in-store and we'll be happy to refund shipping costs.     Assembly is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once proof of delivery is generated by the postal service. Missing packages will be pursued via the carrier's investigation process. We highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure and a shipping method that insures the items purchased, additional insurance can be purchased via our customer service team. USPS First Class packages are not insured.

  • Standard Return Policy:

    We are glad to refund/exchange any full-price, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receipt of your online purchase. All items returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have any original tags or packaging. After 10 days, all sales are FINAL. No price adjustments. All sales final on sale merchandise, lingerie, books, gift certificates, candles and fragrances.

    Please send us an email for a Return Authorization code before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without this code.
