Assembly is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once proof of delivery is generated by the postal service. Missing packages will be pursued via the carrier's investigation process. We highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure and a shipping method that insures the items purchased, additional insurance can be purchased via our customer service team. USPS First Class packages are not insured.

We are glad to refund/exchange any full-price, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receipt of your online purchase. All items returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have any original tags or packaging. After 10 days, all sales are FINAL. No price adjustments.
