Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 3 business days during sale or promotions for your order to dispatch. Assembly offers free US domestic shipping for all orders over $350 via USPS priority mail. International shipping is offered via USPS and FedEx.
Assembly is happy to offer in-store pick up at our New York location, 170 ludlow St. Please specify in the notes section at checkout that you would like to pick your order up in-store and we'll be happy to refund shipping costs. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request in-store pick up. You will be notified via email when your order is ready.
Assembly is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once proof of delivery is generated by the postal service. Missing packages will be pursued via the carrier's investigation process. We highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure and a shipping method that insures the items purchased, additional insurance can be purchased via our customer service team. USPS First Class packages are not insured.

We are glad to refund/exchange any full-price, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receipt of your online purchase. All items returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have any original tags or packaging. After 10 days, all sales are FINAL. No price adjustments. All sales final on sale merchandise, lingerie, books, gift certificates, candles and fragrances.
Please send us an email for a Return Authorization code before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without this code. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Assembly New York is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
